Return and Refund Policy

 Customer can return the order within 3 days from the date of delivery.

 We reserve the right not to accept return of products which

  • We will not be able to arrange reverse pickup of products, unless confirmed by our Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at info@threadsstore.in and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
  • Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 3-4 days of receiving the request.
  • Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
  • As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc
  • In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹100 (Which will be credited back to the customer’s store wallet after product quality check is completed).
  • If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price.
  • In case of a return on an order, the amount will be credited back into customer’s store wallet.
